Fresher

Hello guys I am a fresher in RIA. Just started training on this technology.Its sound interesting technology..Till now in my student life I just learn the basc of Dotnet. i was cleared with the concept of OOPM, so finding less problem in learning stage.Here the coding standard is too different what we have used in student life.I have to take care each and everything here nomanclature, proper comment should be their.I find less time these so cant frequently post,but I try to cover as much as possible concept in flex. Recently I have to train myself as well as I also have to complete the task whatever given to me by my senoirs regarding a big project in flex and in dotnet.
